Bought a used Hyundai here and worked with Becky—really solid experience overall. She sent me a personalized video walkaround before I came in, which is what got me to the dealership in the first place. Everything she showed matched what I saw in person, which built a lot of confidence upfront. In person, she was easy to work with, not pushy, and kept things moving. No games, clear communication, and the pricing felt fair with no surprises. The only downside was the wait for finance—it took a while—and the process itself felt a bit longer than it needed to be. It would be great if more of the paperwork could be handled remotely. Overall, this was one of the easiest car-buying experiences I’ve had. There are definitely some slimy dealerships out there, and this wasn’t one of them. If you’re going here, ask for Becky.
I e asked numerous times to have a dummy light looked at when I schedule my appointment, done this online then had to call the dealership to make sure they could…still is not fixed. I asked for Mobil 1 synthetic oil and they put the GM oil in it…probably won’t be back…I’ve given them numerous opportunities to do it.
Everyone we interacted with was fantastic! They were fast and I know they got the problem fixed so I finance to worry anymore!

The absolute worst and most unethical dealership. Do yourself a favor get a price from them but buy elsewhere. In my situation I would not agree to a non-refundable deposit as in my mind this is just nuts, so if the car sell before I get there it sells. Happy to put a refundable deposit down; but not a non-refundable one. Spoke with the salesman Joe on a Monday evening telling him I am driving out first thing Tuesday morning and sent him a copy of the funds from the bank which had the vehicle VIN and EFT instructions so they knew this was a real deal. He says great and set an appoint up for first thing Wednesday morning at 8:30am. Then on Tuesday evening at 5:30pm (while I am driving there) I get a call from Joe saying the car is sold. Not happy I made the long drive for nothing, but it is what it is. On Wednesday I get a call from Ryan the sales manager and he is telling me they are sorry the vehicle sold on Monday, I said Monday? He said yes it sold Monday. When I asked why Joe did not inform me of this when I spoke to him Monday evening prior to me driving down, he said they unfortunately just dropped the ball and apologized. What I believe happened is that they wanted to me to drive all the way out to try to get me in another vehicle. What a waste of time and fees on hotel and gas, etc. I would NEVER do business with a Jerry Seiner dealership. Good news is that I found the same vehicle with a few more options at a better price, with a lifetime powertrain warranty from another dealership. Everything happens for a reason, but be aware of these clowns and their shenanigans.
I took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was quoted "around $100" for the service. They did not give me a written quote. My bill came to $138.01 and I questioned why the bill was more than around $100 and the young lady at the checkout said that my truck took 8 quarts of oil instead of six. That did not account for the $38 difference, but I let it go. A couple days later I got my credit card statement and saw I was charged $142.15, so I called the service advisor, Violet Silver. She said that I was charged the additional $4.14 because they have a 3% charge for credit card payments. I would have been fine with that, but I was not told about the charge, nor did I receive or was I offered a receipt for my credit card charge. When I suggested that they should have offered a receipt and told me about the additional charge, Violet got snarky and said that there were signs at the checkout indicating the additional charge and if I didn't read it, they can't do anything about it. The customer service at Jerry Seiner's Service department has much to be desired.
I love working with Mary and all the employees. I did not like the dealer or industry culture of trying have a long closing experience to include extra add ons to the financing . I might consider but a car here again only if I can pay cash with trade in. I don’t agree with sitting in the closing office for one sales pitch after another. The employees are great but the practice of hard sales pitches for extras will not work with me in the future. I had the same experience with Mercedes— I am a busy person and a ten minute closing period makes more sense- I love the staff-I will never use the dealer to get financing ever again.

Worst experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. We were told it would take about 5 days to get our car here, it took 3 weeks to get the car from their Arizona office to the Utah location, we were lied to so many times, first it was the hauler broke down, then it was the driver fell off the hauler, who knows what the truth was. It took me emailing the owner to get anyone to care that were being stung along. When we went in to sign on the car it was fine, nothing out of the ordinary. We had to pick up another temporary this week which was expected but we were told to come anytime after 5pm, we got there at 5pm and the employee was not there and no one seemed to know where our permit was, after nearly 40 minutes of waiting around whomever finally showed up to work. The entire experience was beyond frustrating and we will never purchase another car from Seiner again.
Ryan M, the sales manager went above and beyond to locate the truck I wanted. Larry in Finance found me the best interest rate I've seen in recent memory. Zaida was my salesperson. She was very patient while showing me Apps I didn't even know it had, and how to access them. A truly great experience!
Very happy with work, service advisor needs to be more attentive to customer. He didn’t call back with any info on vehicle. I had to keep calling service department and then still never got a call back.
Dan and the service crew did a great job taking care of our truck for us. We always appreciate how well they take care of us and our vehicle. Dan is always so nice and caring and gives updates when he can as to how far along in the service process our vehicle is. Thank you so much Dan and service crew!! We would also like to say that the ladies in the Cafe are always so sweet and amazing. They always go above and beyond trying to find something for our girls to munch on besides French fries and take time to ask questions about their intolerance and allergies. Thank you so much!
