Parker knows Cadillac’s. He assisted me and my wife in purchasing a 2025 XT6. His knowledge of Cadillac and features can’t be overstated. When we arrived at the dealership I was not sure if a Cadillac was the right choice in a new car, but after Parker walked through the vehicle with us I was sold on the safety and reliability and comfort the XT6 offers. We left the dealership late and had a 3 hour drive to get home. Normally I wouldn’t drive late at night, but with the driver assist features that Cadillac offers it wasn’t a problem. I had a great experience, which is rare at a dealer. When I showed up to drive a specific car they realized they had it at a different location, so they bought my wife and me lunch while they went and got it and brought it to us. After driving the car I told them my concerns and requested a price and they countered with a great bottom line offer. I didn’t have to go back and forth a hundred times only to get a small discount. I feel like what I paid was fair and I didn’t get haggled. They have nice people there and they took care of my family and me. For the first time ever I walked away from a dealer not feeling completely taken advantage of.
