I purchased a 2026 Cadillac Optiq Sport from Jerry Seiner Cadillac. Before the purchase, the manager and sales representative were attentive, helpful, and worked with me to get into the new vehicle at a fair price and payment. After the purchase, the vehicle was sent to Jerry Seiner Collision for repairs for a few minor dings because it had been a customer vehicle. While the repair process began promptly, communication afterward was limited. I would have appreciated updates on the repair status and when the vehicle would be ready, but I eventually had to drive to the collision shop to check on it myself. Kyanne Swain was very helpful and followed up to confirm that the car was being worked on and when the repairs would be completed. I purchased the car on May 29, 2026, and picked it up on June 11, 2026. When I picked it up, my sales representative, Zade Carrillo, completed the final walkthrough and feature-by-feature tour. Overall, my experience was good, and I would recommend Jerry Seiner Cadillac to friends and family.

Parker Schmidt was a great salesman very helpful with all of my questions even though we were buying a non GM vehicle.

Leslie was very helpful and the service was excellent!

I love working with Jerry Seiner Cadillac in Salt Lake City to keep our XT5 in tip-top shape. Their service is always excellent, and the Service Advisors are consistently knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and professional. We especially enjoy working with Hendrick; he always ensures we leave happy and satisfied—he is truly great! I also appreciate the perks they offer, such as valet pick-up and drop-off, as well as the availability of loaner vehicles. ​One thing I am not fond of, however, is the 3% credit card surcharge. I find it to be a bit excessive. I could understand a flat fee of $3, $5, or $10, but 3% of the total bill feels unreasonable. While I understand that Cadillac is a luxury brand and that there is a premium for that experience, a 3% surcharge simply for using a credit card does not feel right. I have always been a satisfied customer of both Cadillac and the Jerry Seiner dealership; however, I hope that Jerry Seiner will address and reevaluate this surcharge policy. I truly value the quality service I receive at this location and would love to continue bringing our business to your team for years to come.

I wanted to shout out Zade C. At Jerry Seiner Cadillac. My wife and I purchased our first EV. We checked out a bunch of EVs and really liked the fit and finish of the Cadillac Vistiq. Zade was awesome throughout the entire process, especially since I had a lot of questions, I was considering a few options Cadillac had and he helped figure out the Vistiq was the right fit for my family at this time. Also appreciate Keith’s assistance, the Sales Manager and Taylor the Business Manager with the lease process. Overall the process was smooth and Zade really stepped up to help me as I was installing tint and ceramic. Overall 10/10 and so far just really loving the car and not having to stop by the gas station. If you want a Cadillac, ask for Zade, he will help you make the best decision for your situation!

We did locate a one with low miles at the Seiner Cadillac dealership. FYI - Visiting car dealerships is not one of our favorite things to do. However, we had a pleasant experience with Steve Rahl and with Taylor Savage who helped us put together a transaction. They answered all of our questions, and we did not feel pressure from the sales staff, which was refreshing. There were some minor things on the vehicle that we chose that needed to be addressed, and Seiner offered to fix those things prior to taking delivery. Steve spent quite a bit of time with us walking us through all of the features on our Escalade, which we appreciated. Again, thanks for helping us!

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Joey Zaremba at Jerry Seiner Cadillac! I absolutely hate car shopping, but Joey made the entire process easy and stress-free. I recently needed to find a car for my daughter and gave Joey a few specifics - mileage, year, and price range. Before I even left my house, he already had several great options lined up. When we arrived at the dealership, everything was ready to go for test drives no waiting around, no hassle. We ended up purchasing one of the vehicles, and my daughter absolutely loves it! I also want to give a shoutout to Becky, who was amazing and incredibly helpful throughout the process. Joey zaremba was on point with helping my daughter buy her first car. She was a nervous wreck with prior experience with Murdock Chevy and he went above and beyond to ensure her comfort in that purchase. Even went on step further and offered to fix a dent in the car even though it was used!
